A little less than a year ago my car started squealing on and off. As time went on it started happening more and more. Eventually it grew louder till eventually you could hear it a least 50 yards away. I got it checked in with my mechanic and he reccommended that I get a new belt. So I did but then it started squeeking again and he said that I get a new alternator. I got a new alternator yesterday and today it seemed to drive fine till A little squeak came out of the car again. I checked all of the belts, The pulleys are all in line, and it has a brand new alternator, What could be the problem??
My Mazda Protege 2000 keeps squealing no matter what I do?
