At my former job, one of the managers secretly took photos of myself with his iPhone, and posted them on Facebook. All photos have rude captions, detailing things that were done to harass me. At least one other manager participated in ridiculing the photos. I left my job 4 months ago, and these photos were posted on Saturday. The company has a strict no photos/no phone usage in the store policy. I have emailed copies of the album pages to the company's HR department, as well as the regional manager, his manager, the regional LP/Security VP, as well as faxing all communications to head office. This company has a history of mistreating employees and their typical reaction to former employees who have issues is to "just ignore them".
What are my rights??
*** NOTE ***
I am in Canada... I am documenting EVERYTHING, including print offs of the Facebook conversations, and all attempts at contacting the company for them to resolve this issue.
