He likes his employees more than he should

I fell in this love trap and we have been having sex for some time now. I hit good performance points for 'making the extra effort'

Other guys got fired but I got promoted

But I'm not really attracted to my manager

He is in his 40's but I'm in my 30's

How can I get off his 'stick' without sacrificing my job

I don't exactly want to have this affair exposed
