My mam has pain in her arm for months please help?

Hi everyone my mam is 50 the last 6 months she been having pains in her right arm from the shoulder down she said it started from her shoulder and over the months its gotten worse...she says its not muscular cause the bath would help she said she gets shooting pains she's been going the doctor for months the tablets he gives her never works he even injects her with something an that doesn work she went for an x ray but they said it was clear...Im getting very worried about her and i can tell she's worried herself can anyone help
 
I would go to the Hospital emergency dept, where they have all the equipment to investigate this type of problem - cat scan - MRI etc. not to be alarmed, but some heart problems can create similar type pains.Don't be in a hurry, as it can be a 3 or 4 hour process, take a book.
 
Here's part of the answer for you. The x-rays don't show tight or pinched muscles and it only takes one of them or a tight tendon, which doesn't show up either, to be a big pain giver and any of them will end up going undiagnosed because they don't show up. There is no test for pinched or tight muscles or tendons so they go undiagnosed. The medical field is behind on tight and pinched muscles and tendons so you aren't going to get the answer you need from those guys. This is a newer area and not many into it at all.
