I noticed that his "sack" was red, and they are swollen. They look like they are full of blood and ready to bust. Is this serious? I'm going crazy!

Yep.... He's got an infection..... and needs the vet right away!!! It isn't normal for a dog's "sack" to be red and swollen.... take him to a vet right away!!!

The poor thing, is probably crying, because he is in pain! That is a super sensitive area, and if it red and swollen, there is something definitely wrong and there can be a number of things causing it. Please, for your dogs sake and health, do the right thing and take him to the vet as soon as you can{TODAY}! Please don't put off getting him to a vet today, because it needs to be diagnosed, treated and it's not fair, to let the poor dog suffer in pain, when it can be treated! The vet will be the only one, who is going to be able to tell you, exactly what is causing the problem, and take the proper steps to treat the problem. I hope he feels much better soon, and that it's not serious! Give him a big hug and kiss from me!

I am dog sitting my daughters chocolate lab, 7 months old, they went to Fla. for 2 weeks the second day I had him he was peeing blood,
SCARED!!! we took him to the vet and he has a urinary infection, they put him on Clavamox 375mg tablets for 2 weeks. He is getting better, he has been on the pills a week now.
He would whine, not eating normal either.
I trip to the vet is my advice. Good Luck!!
