Just today, I began watching my mother's three cats. I already have two cats of my own in my apartment. I've made a little area where the cats can play and there hadn't seem to be a problem until just now. My male kitten, seems to get along with the cats except for one of them.
He doesn't actually hiss or growl at her, he makes these weird "snorting" noises, and "talks" very weird. He's naturally a very talkative kitten, so I'm used to his noises, but the sounds he's making are very different than his regular sounds.
The one cat I guess you can compare his "talking" to would be the "Don Piano" cat from AFV (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1KrfjeEqQGk), but not as aggressive sounding. It's very confusing and hard to explain, but I'm trying my best.
He also isn't neutered, he's about 6 months old now, I think, since he was a rescue kitten. And I've had him since he was almost a month old, and he doesn't seem to have any insecurities about his surroundings and the other animals that I own.
This is the weirdest noise I have ever heard from him.
Please help as I have to watch my mother's cats for about 2 weeks. And don't want to have to relocate them.
