She's very young, so I wouldn't try breeding them as soon as she can produce eggs. There are probably some breeders out there who have pages on what to do, you can always Google it. 
I heard birds in the mating season can be very unfussy. If you go to an owl park at the right time of year then the male owls flying might be mating with the gloves. You could take his bell out and put some food in, hopefully it'll keep him occupied and he might forget.
