My MacBook won't load the Move Media Player to watch online episodes. Any ideas?

I try to watch TV shows I missed online like on the ABC, CW or CBS website on my MacBook laptop, but every time I click on an episode, I can't get past the loading stage. It just stays on "Loading...100%" but never plays the episode. I have tried updating, reinstalling...you name it. Anyone have any other suggestions?
