so i just got my blackberry bold in may and a sign on my phone popped up for updates .so i accepted and let it update itself .so a couple days later i tried to unlock my phone with the button on the top left corner...so now i cant access my phone . i have tried removing the battery and everything and i still wont work .... what should i do? should i call t- mobile and return my phone . i haven't dropped it in water or dropped it at all i just want to access my phone
