E Emily New member Oct 22, 2010 #1 For Halloween I'm going to be Little Red Riding hood, what makeup/hair should I do? I was thinking red lipstick, curly hair, & a natural look. I hav light tan skin, and goldish brown curly hair. Advice would be nice!
