Ok so heres what i do each day for a week normaly
Monday: Morning: Gym running Hiit training 15mins. Rowing 4000 meters Weight lifting
Tuesday: Night 7pm: Football training for an hour
Wednesday: Morning Gym hitt training rowing 4000 meters and weights.
Thursday: College sport: for an hour: maybe some cardio in the college Gym for 30mins to an hour.
Friday: Gym morning rowing 4000 meters with treadmil Hiit training for 15mins with weights.
Saturday football game 90mins of playing football
Sunday Maybe a day off or gym for cardio and light weights.
Would i lose body fat? and gain muscle with the right diet in about a month.
