My Lifestyle Change... Advice?

So I've started eating healthier, I perfer the term change in lifestyle vs. diet because diets are temporary. Anyways, I figured I would detox a little bit and see how much weight I can get off before I introduce foods back into my body. I guess you could say I ate horribly before, i love pizza, ice cream, burgers, fries.. you know the typical. But It's time to lose some weight. I'm thinking at least 30 pounds. I'm 5'4 and 170 right now. Today I've drank water only, ate a 90calorie fat free yogurt for breakfest, a banana and tuna for lunch, and i'm really not that hungry so I might not eat again, or I may eat something jsut to keep my metabolism up. I'm planning on eating like this for the next couple weeks. How much weight could I expect to lose? I'm also doing some weight lifting, and pilates. thanks.
