My LG Voyager (VX1000) charging port broke?

i have the same phone and so does my friend and they absolutely suck. after the charging stopped it cracks in the same spot and half of the outside screen pops out then the inside screen stops working and outside starts to stop some. i suggest getting a new phone....and verizon wont replace it with out insurance.
 
It does not charge, I bought a new charger and that was not the problem. Would I be able to complain to the people at Verizon and get a new one? The only problem is that I painted my phone with nail polish, so would that make a difference to them?
 
You wouldn't get a new phone you would get a refurbished phone for $50..The only way you will get a new phone if you have the warranty on it then you would get a new one probably.
