If they send me a replacement, what model will they substitute it for? Is it going to be a crappy one, or one that is comparable? Will I have any choice in the matter? If it sucks, will complaining and speaking to higher authorities work?
My phone was a relatively new one (about a month after I had it replaced). It has been malfunctioning and is turning off at random times.
