My LG Voyager from Bell Mobility is broken, but they no longer make them.?

If they send me a replacement, what model will they substitute it for? Is it going to be a crappy one, or one that is comparable? Will I have any choice in the matter? If it sucks, will complaining and speaking to higher authorities work?


My phone was a relatively new one (about a month after I had it replaced). It has been malfunctioning and is turning off at random times.
I have gotten confirmation that they are going to be sending me a different model, I just don't know which one.

Any way to know how to go about requesting one of these "refurbished ones"
 
Even if they don't make them anymore, you can get a refurbished one. They'll send you a used one that has been fixed up and works just fine. Or you could always just look on eBay for one, sometimes they have really great deals.
