I am on my 5th versa with verizon. When i go to do a symbol such as a star, smile face etc, about 20 other symbols pop up. This is when I am using the detachable keyboard. I have the most up to date software (as of 3 hours ago) and have reset the entire phone multiple times in stores. I cant find a setting that would make this stop. Does anyone else have this problem?!?
