My lg shine cu720 permanently blocked, what can i do?

That has happened to me
you need to get a new SIM card
cause even if you try putting it in a diff phone
it would still be blocked.
but if it gives you something to put a pin in

then call AT&T Or whereever your phone is from
and they can give you a pin code

It blocked because i was trying to unlocked so i can use it with another GSM carrier.and after trying to unlocked for 5 times, it blocked.
