My LG Neon GT365 won't connect to the internet OR let me sign in to any of the IMs?

When I try to connect to the browser, it says: Host not found!

And when I try to connect to the IMs, it tells me there's a Network problem.

I've already reseted my phone, and cleared the cache. What can I do?
