My lg ls670 sprint optimus phone is on the fiz what do i do?

i have a whole folder of music to put in my phone but it wont connect to pc it just gives 3 beeps and nothing happens. occasionally the charging bar would start to charge but thats it no usb connection messages nothing pops up on computer or anything. please help how else can i add folder to my phone
