I just got it for Christmas, and today I was on the Internet with it, and when I got done I pressed the the end button and it froze. Ive tried to turn it off, but it won't respond. It's been like this for fifteen minutes. Has anyone had this problem before and do they know how to fix it? I'm ticked. Pls help.
