my lexus heat is blowing cold air from the drivers side, whats wrong?

That's why I stopped buying Japanese cars. LOL My Toyota did this, and it was what the dealership called a "froze heat pump" I really recommend using a Mechanic from your local Lexus dealership; coz they know everything about your car.

try checking to see if the vent is disaconnected or has a hole

Have you got left and right seperate controls?
