my leopard gecko has run out of crickets?

i've had my leopard gecko for a number of years now and always feed her crickets however i haven't been able to get in contact with the person i get crickets from and she has not had any food in about 6 days now, im worryed about the amount of time she has gone without food. going somewhere else to get crickets isn't an option as where i live is quite remote and this is the only place on the island i can normally get them. i heard once that you can feed them bugs from the garden? is this true and if so which bugs

any help would be gratefully appreciated
