V Virg New member Dec 26, 2010 #1 ...Did I pull a muscle? Recently my left arm at the top area when I move it hurts a lot. Kind of sharp pain and feels like its ripping or going to break. What is it? Did I pull a muscle it also feels heavier/stiffer then right arm.
