I paid a lawyer to modify my visitation papers who wrote them wrong and improperly gave my x more. I was contacted by my lawyer a few weeks ago informed me my x is filing against me in a he said she said case that I caused. APPARENTLY. She informed me there is nothing I can do even though I came up with as many alternatives as I could and attempted to fix the problem, she repeatedly told me to come to IL ( I live in GA ) to file a modification. She laughed at me, and hung up because she no longer wanted to speak to me. I PAID this woman to HELP me. prime example. Visitation of my daughter was not to be until 2010 so as to establish a "home" for my child, the father AGREED to this, she wrote it in the papers as this year child leaves for visitation. When I my lawyer and I spoke she told me to deal with it.
My point WHAT CAN I DO, I'm not worried about the money I spent, I got screwed and she doesn't give a damn!
