i cant get my laptop to recgonize my blackberry playbook ive installed blackberry desktop software and i keeps disconneting the playbook does not show up the only thing on the blackberry desktop software that shows up is the model number and pin number if im lucky i turned playbook off plugged it in computer usb and it will sometimes install successfully and unsuccessfully still the drivers dont show up on my computer. i have windows 7 computer 64bit plz help the only time i got the playbook to install correctly was on windows xp
