would accept DVD+/-R. ? I have a windows vista vostro 1310 laptop. One day i decided to buy some blank DVD's, so i went out and bought some DVD+R, I had no clue that there were different formats...I slid the disk into my laptop's drive, but its like it wouldn't recoognize the disk. It would spin for a little inside my drive, then stop, and it repeated that until it just stopped and did nothing. So i did a little bit of research and figured out that there were different formats of DVD's. Like: (DVD+/-R, DVD+/-RW, and DVD RAM) and some others for older computers...So no DVD+R would work, so i tried a DVD-R, but that is not working either. on the compatibility list it says that my laptop is compatible with DVD+/-RW, should i go out and buy the DVD+/-RW? I am not going to quit!!!
