I lose my internet connection a lot, especially in the evening. I have Virgin internet, connect wirelessly, and my laptop will tell me I am connected to the router but I can't access the internet. I can get back on if I disconnect then reconnect but that is only temporary fix.
My housemate uses the same router but never has this problem. She uses a Dell laptop and also connect wirelessly.
Anyone know how to fix it?
