My Laptop keeps restarting after the windows load and shows a blue screen that

flashes 1 second.? After installing a deepfreeze program and asked what drives to defreeze, the laptop restarted by itself. I cannot open my desktop because of the problem above.
I lso tried the suggested safe mode but when safe mode starts, it happens again and again nd agaaain @_@
