for the past few weeks evertime i have tried to boot up my hp laptop, it just goes thru the same loading cycle. first i get the normal loading screen, then it asks me if i want to boot it up in safe modes, last known good configuration, or normally. afterwords, i get a blue screen with lots of numbers and words. then my laptop shuts down and restarts itself to do the same thing. i have talked with hp personnell multiple times with no luck. i have started it in all the modes available to me, as well as various combinations of the boot order and which are disabled and enabled on the setup screen. help?
