my laptop fell and when i turn it on it beeps and flashes?

my toshiba a300 laptop fell off the side of my bed (1 or 1 and a half feet) and when i turn it on it says windows error recovery and i choose any of the options of turning it on they give me which are the following
safe mode it brings a lot of drivers and systems and my laptop beeps and then a blue flash for half a second and restarts

safe mode with services same as safe mode

safe mode with networking same as safe mode

last good configuration gives me the loading screen with the moving green bars and beeps and the blue flash and restsrts

start windows normally same thing
my laptop uses windows vista
 
More then likely the hard drive is broken and may need replacement. Run the diagnostics to determine if anything else is defective...
