My Landlord wants to sell my rental house, what can I do to deter buyers?

I just moved into a rental house that my landlord also has on the market to sell. If it doesn't sell in six months time she'll take it off and I can live in it until I want to move. I really love this home and don't want to leave it. Does anyone have any ideas to keep it from selling?
