Ok, so basically when i first got my koodo phone (in may) when we were setting up for it. my mom made it so that if it goes over a certain amount ( $150) it will automatically get deactivated.. i cant get it paid off for another two weeks.. so my mom told me to call koodo and find out if they can reactivate my phone.. they cant until we make a full payment..what i wanted to know is that could i change the settings somehow online like take it off that it gets deactivated after it reaches $150 and if i do will my phone get reactivated?
My koodo phone?!! what do i do?
