My Koodo phone has not been working properly since Monday and customer service...

...is not helping, what next? Hi it was noted on Monday that my phone has not been receiving text messages but is able to receive calls, send calls, and even send text messages. I have called customer service for Koodo several time and each time they say somethign different that does not fix it. This has been going on for to long and am at my wits end. I have an LG Keybo and the operator i called today said to bring it into the store, do i do that now? What if they can't fix it? Do i lose everythign i have on my phone?
 
what I usaly do do is google search ,type in your phone ,make an model and what it is doing ,then you can read about what others did and how they fixed the prob ; )
