My Koi Fish Won't Eat?

I bought a koi fish about 2 months ago. And now it got sick from ich, some sort of fungus around its head, and also fin rot. It's cured now but she won't eat. ( I KNOW MY FISH IS A FEMALE) I feed it food and it won't eat. I hasn't eaten for almost 3 weeks already. Its like fasting it self. Even when the food flows into its mouth, it would flow back out. Also since she won't eat, is there any other way I can give her the nutrition that she needs. By the way, I have tried 2 different types of pond fish food and she still won't eat. I paid $26 for this fish and I really don't want it to die. I had 8 fish and now she's the only one left. Don't worry, the tank was enough for 8 fish. 100 gallons.
