paper works says his testicles had? descended. a month later i took him in because a lump had formed. i thought it was a hernia... the said it was normal.. as was the way they neutered him.. now eight month later he has a huge inguinal hernia that i was told is going to cost 1000 to 3000.. i already spent 400 on xrays. I dont have that kind of money and love my cat.. i am sooo angry and frustrated
