My Jeep's engine is over heated, how do I fix this?

My jeep is getting an oil change tomorrow and I'm going to have all my fluids leveled off, I'm hoping this fixes the issue :(
I drove with the windows down and the heater turned up so it did better.

How do I fix this? Will getting an oil change (I'm over due) and filling up the fluids fix this?
