...changed the computer? and map sensor the water pump to the radiator i have also changed the downstream o2 censor and its losing power and i cant go passed 70miles an hour it takes me forever to get to that speed if i slow down it takes me a while to get back to that regular speed i have no lift kit
 
Our Jeep Cherokee was having the some of the same issues (losing power, and sometimes the engine would rev up but not speed up without us touching the gas), and it ended up being the throttle position sensors. They cost about $45 each and are easy to change! Hope this helps, good luck!
