my jeep seem to have issue when i hit aspeed bump my car shake like crazy so i have to

slow down but i dnt y? my jeep seem to have issue after 40 to 80 mph if i hit a speed bump it shake really realy bad and i have to hit the brakes and slow down about 20 mph to stop the shaking and it only does that when i hit any speed bump on thefreeway or the highway and it kinda of scary does anybody know y>>??
