Last night i pulled into a parking space and it gave me a huge jolt and it sounded like a pop. It usually does something similiar when it tries to kick it into 4 wheel drive but then its normal. Now since then its rattling when i drive but when i come to a stop or put it in reverse it stops. The sound sounds like it is coming from the front of the car either under the hood or by the front tires. Its a '94 jeep chereokee. Someone said it might be the CB joints? Does anyone else know what it is & how much it might cost to fix it?
