my jeep makes a weird knows when i put my foot on the gas?

ok I poor this stuff call Pennzoil Fuel in my gas tank then filled it up with gas to clean my gas tank out. then the next day it sounded like it was in N when u put the gas down the noise like that but the speed went up. then after it stoped now its doneing it again and im still on the tank of gas that i put the stuff in. Would it be making that noise because its getting clean or what could it be. so im just wondering could it be the stuff i put in and should i wait until the gas gets empty then fill or would it be a fuel pump or what could it be?

First off, forget your car for a second. I highly recommend some sort of spelling program... perhaps a revisitation of elementary school. "Poor" for 'pour'? God! "knows" for 'noise'? Those aren't even the same word!

Well, no.

It's highly, highly unlikely. Your car shouldn't sound different because of a fuel additive you added.
