my jeep keeps over heating . i changed the thermostat. that worked for a day then it started keeping a somewhat warm temp but still hott ....(and water pump started to leak ) so i replaced water pump.....now it just overheats all the time....? is it the radiator?? (i felt hoses when it over heats the top hose is warm and bottom is cold ).?? Is maybe my radiator plugged??

also when i added coolent to the radiator I only added a half gallon ...i would asume it would hold more than that....(could i maybe disconnect bottom hose and pour in top to see if it comes out bottom??)
