I have a 95 Jeep grand cherokee V8 with the all time 4X4 . I just replaced all the U-joints on the front drive shaft and repacked the shaft with new grease. Once I put the shaft back on I drove it for several miles before it started getting stiff on the driver side causing it to have a little vibration and when I come to slow turn the tire will pinch making the tire squeal. I've checked everything I could think of like the tire low on air and even the brake and caliper and nothing wrong. I checked the gear fluid in front diff-case its good at finger level. But if I take the front drive shaft off it wont do any of this and drive just fine. Except if I leave the shaft off the car will roll back it keeps it from rolling back weird . Anyone can help with this problem I'm open for idea's.
