My Jeep Grand Cherokee 99' is shaking when i go over 50mph?

My car shakes everytime i go over 50mph I just recently got a alignment after i bought 2 new tires and i just got a new back tire like last week. i got the alignment like 4 weeks ago. what do u think it could be. im going to go to pepboys the people that did the alignment and tell them its shaking so maybe they can diagnose it
 
do you have any lift? seems to be a lot of jeepers getting death wobble this week . . . .it comes out of no where and rears its ugly head with no changes to the vehicle sometimes.
