Ok. I got Jim yesterday. I think he is a Jack Russell X Basenji.
He is HYPER. i mean HYPER, will not get on a lead with out a long fight, jumps around. Thing is, this morning we woke up and Jim had pooed all over our house, Mum was mad, she cleaned it all up and put Jim in his cr ate, he started whinning again. We let him out coz he keeps staring at me with those sad sad sad eyes. and he was hyper again! we let himj outside in the yard, and he played fine, and sudden;y nipped my sister, he has also been nipping my heels too. hedoesn't look agreesive, but playful, but when i train him to sit, he tries biting my hand!!!
what can i do?
mum said to lock him in his crate ( he is in their whinning again) for a few days till he knows that we arn't strangers and not bite us anymore. But Jim needs to play and excersise!
What shall i do?!
his crate has his food water toys,...
he is 1 year old btw.
