My itunes traveled into the past! Help!?

Yesterday when I opened my itunes, I noticed that everything that I had done in the last month or so (playlists created, songs added, etc.) were all gone. I thought that maybe it had rolled back to a previous version, but I am still on the most recent (9.2). Anybody have any ideas why this happened and how to fix it?

By the way, I am using an external hard drive for my itunes so I didn't lose any of the files.
