My iTunes library says my iPhone is connected to another library ...help?

Ok ....i was grounded from my iPhone but my mom let me have it back and when i went to synchronize it to my computer (the same computer it was connected to), it says that my iphone is already connected to another library ....now I got a new hard drive and i transferred EVERYTHING over to it ....including my iTunes things ....i also deleted ALL of My Documents off the C:/ drive to free up space (cause that's what was wrong with it [that's why i got another hard drive] ) and i wonder if me cleaning out the "My Documents" folder might have messed it up because i did see that it had a few files under the iTunes folder named "iTunes Library" i transferred those few files over too ....What is the problem ??Can i fix it without messing up iTunes, my iPhone, my computer, or my NEW hard drive ??
