I've rebooted it twice, done the push the home and off button at the same time more times that I can count, restored it as new once, and it's still frozen in the apple symbol. The only thing I haven't done is purchase the new itouch software, but now I'm afraid to do so because I don't know what will happen if that doesn't work.
My itouch is frozen in the apple symbol, although itunes still recognizes it.?
