My Ipod Touch Won't Slide to Unlock!?

My ipod touch isn't unlocking. It won't let me slide it so I don't know if it's the ipod or the screen that's messed up. It also won't let me slide to power off. I've tried reseting it, by holding the menu button and the top button for 10 seconds. And I've also tried restoring it on the computer, but it still doesn' work. Any info helps, thanks.
