my ipod touch will not jailbreak?

i tried to jailbreak my ipod touch but it will not jailbreak i used blackrain more than once and it still will not becaome jail broken and i have tried the legal version of jail breaking an ipod touch and it will just turn off and come back on. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MnZIOk90TAY
