I every time I would open Itunes I would get the pop up to download and install a newer version so I did. At the same time I was charging my ipod. During the last few minutes of downloading the newer version my Ipod was almost full of charge. Then my ipod started to sync, so I assumed the download was done. Then on the screen of my ipod it showed to plug in my ipod to itunes, but it was already plugged in, now its just an apple with a line under it. I can't turn it off or on do anything. Also I then plugged it out and same thing, i couldnt do anything so i plugged it back in, went to itunes and there is no ipod options. What can i do?
Elliot- That didn't work, I would wait for it to boot up, but I get nothing.
And my Ipod isn't old, I got in October 2009.
